there is woven into every woman a deep knowing, an intrinsic power—you have everything you need, already inside you, to birth your baby. this belief is the core of my doula care. everything I do to support you as your doula will be to nourish your own body’s remembrance that it already knows exactly what to do.

seen, held, empowered is what you can expect to feel from our journey together. you deserve it. from the moment we learn that life grows inside us, to that final breath that births our babies earth-side, women have historically & intuitively sought out sisterhood to walk that journey alongside them.

support looks like...

  • two in-depth prenatal visits. this is where we birth plan, walk through labor coping skills, support your growing baby & body by spinning babies led education, & overall, get to know one another and develop a connection based in trust, safety, and trauma-informed care.

  • as a certified reiki practitioner, you'll have access to one-on-one sessions, typically between 2-5. reiki is the energetic practice of bringing into balance the mind/body connection. often done in the weeks leading up to birth, reiki is a tool to relax and calm the mind, center the body, and release any energetic blocks in preparation for baby.

  • unlimited access to my support via email, call, or text throughout the duration of pregnancy

  • 24/7 on-call support beginning at 37 weeks gestation

  • physical, emotional support, advocacy, & education during labor & delivery. continual support during the immediate postpartum period until you and baby are settled.

  • complete labor, birth, & immediate postpartum film photography coverage.

  • PLEASE NOTE: due to the nature of film and the often dim lighting of birth spaces, birth photography is almost always shot in black and white

  • discounted rate of maternity & newborn film sessions when added on to your doula package

it's beyond difficult to articulate everything kierstyn did for us. having a dear friend show up to lovingly rub oil on my feet, speak calm words of encouragement, and ensure my husband was taking care of himself so he could show up for me in the most intense experience of my life still brings tears to my eyes.

this woman literally caught my vomit, spoon fed me, and was an emotional rock for us throughout the whole process. i didn't know just how important it was going be to have the support and advocacy of another woman in my birth space until we were in it. and if you live close by, you're in luck that the best of the best in my humble opinion is right here.
